to have debit collection from a Taiwanese company.
- Acted as a consultant for a Japanese company with respect to debit collection
arising from Clientfs sale of equipment to such a Taiwanese company and
our services included to draft lawyerfs letter and settlement agreement.
- Assisted a Japanese listed company to collect payment from a bankrupt Taiwan listed company.
- Assisted a Japanese company to have debit collection including royalty and payment for purchase price from a Taiwanese company and our services included to provide Client with various options under the law and respective merits and demerits of same for Client to ultimately decide what measures were best applicable.
International Dispute / Litigation
- Assisted a Japanese listed company to settle
its disputes with a Taiwanese company for supply matters.
- Assisted several
multinational companies in Japan to settle their disputes with local companies
in Taiwan.
International Inheritance
- Assisted a Japanese heir to draft an agreement of partition of the inheritance
with a Taiwanese heir and the agreement was successfully executed, notarized
and certified (our services included to conduct search of the heirs, household
registration, and procedures in the court, the notary public, Ministry
of Foreign Affairs, Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office
in Japan, and Legal Affairs Office in Japan.)
- Acted as a consultant for a Japanese heir to provide legal advice on succession
to the land in Taiwan.
