• Assisted Client to handle an arbitration case initiated by Client’s Taiwanese supplier with Chinese Arbitration Association in Taipei for a dispute arising from and in connection with a supply agreement and to have obtained an award in favor of Client.
• This Firm along with another big law firm in Taiwan jointly represented a multinational company in defending a TFT-LCD patent litigation case and provisional injunction arising therefrom in Taiwan.
• Assisted a big name corporation to litigate with the Tax authority in Taiwan with respect to a tax dispute and the amount in dispute was amounting to millions of US dollars.
• Represented a Japanese company to criminally sue one of its employees for violating criminal law.
• Assisted a dispatched employee to handle a law suit against the medical clinic in Taiwan where he was wounded when received his medical check-up.
• Assisted a Japanese national who was a victim in a traffic accident in Taiwan to file and then withdraw a criminal law suit against the perpetrator in such a traffic accident and to settle with the insurance company on the defendant side.  We also assisted Client to be transported back to Japan by a special medical care arrangement.

• Assisted a multinational company to evaluate if their products sold to Taiwan were required to ‘recall’ under the law and this firm helped Client by providing it with a legal assessment and opinion analyzing Taiwan PL related laws.
• Assisted a Japanese multinational company to solve a PL related dispute with a consumer claiming Client’s product caused a fire.
