• Assisted a top tier Japanese IT company in Taiwan to secure its debit collection against one of its distributors by asking for a pledge on the distributor’s Certificate of Deposit and to arrange the CD registered as a pledge with the bank.
• Assisted a Japanese company’s subsidiary in Taiwan to finalize the procedures regarding election of directors and supervisors and provided legal advice on the relevant laws.
• Assisted a multinational company to plan its restructuring in Taiwan and to provide legal advice on the relevant laws and possible demerits and merits of all possible options arising therefrom
• Assisted a multinational company’s subsidiary in Taipei to locate several of its shareholders and provided legal advice regarding the consequence if those shareholders remain missing.
