• Assisted a multinational Japanese manufacturer to close down its factory in southern part of Taiwan and helped it to negotiate with the labor union to terminate employment agreements with more than 400 employees and to file relevant applications with the authorities in the Industry Export Zone.  Additionally, assisted such multinational company to liquidate itself and the liquidation was successfully completed.
